Western Romances by A.L. Debran

Lonely Places

"I found this a good read. Well plotted ant thought out with unexpected twists and turns that kept me turning pages. The characters are real, and Ms. Debran writes them with a very real touch, warts and all. I found myself quite involved with the characters, and sympathetic to them, even in their worst moments. The ending left me hoping for a sequel. This is definitely one I would read again."

"As a fan of historicals and westerns, I am the first to grab one that has an interesting synopsis. Lonely Places promised intrigue, haunted souls, and action. I love it when a book comes through. A.L. Debran gave exactly what she promised: an interesting and exciting plot… This is a story that will tug at your heart for everyone involved. This is a good story and I am looking forward to future works by this author. "

"A.L. Debran has penned a tale that will capture your attention, draw you into the lives of these characters and leave you aching for their pain. Lonely Places is poignant, painful and achingly realistic. The characters are so well developed that by the end of the story, you’ll feel as though you know them. Elliotte and Beau have felt the pain that real living leaves. On the other hand, Liam’s sheltered upbringing and loving attitude gives Elliotte a glimpse of what she’d always dreamed of. Lonely Places showcases her struggle to live with the decisions she has, and must, make. This twisting, turning, surprising tale is one that anyone who loves an emotionally engaging story will not want to miss."

"Lonely Places kept my attention throughout. I stand amazed at the emotions this book drew out of me and look forward to going back and rereading it again. An often time sad but well written novel, Lonely Places is a quiet, satisfying read. "

"I can honestly say that I have read few books, which so totally surprised me in the end. I pride myself on being able to put all the pieces together early; suffice to say this book has a surprise ending. I laughed some, and cried, unexpectedly, several times. This is a feel-good book, which helps you view life a little less seriously when you think of all Elliotte has to endure. Her problems often seem insignificant compared to Beau's. This story made my heart hurt that Beau and Elliotte had so many Lonely Places, which the couple struggled to fill. "

"Lonely Places is a soul searching story of faith and of love. A. L. Debran has managed to pen a touching tale of love, of loneliness, of betrayal and of hope. If you want a wonderful, heart felt story to curl up with on a lonely night, I highly recommend this one to everyone. I am eagerly anticipating more from thistalented author."
